Jolara Privacy Agreement

This privacy agreement is closely related to the Jolara services you use and the various business functions they contain. We hope that you will carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement before using our products and services so that you can make informed choices that are suitable for you. Once you use or continue to use our products and services, you have agreed to the contents of this privacy agreement and agree that we will collect, use, save and share your relevant information in accordance with the agreement.

 

How we collect and use your personal information

Jolara Privacy Protection Agreement Special Tip: When you use the products and services provided by Jolara, the content you upload or publish may contain personal sensitive information. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully read and fully understand this agreement before using the products and services. You agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in the Jolara Privacy Agreement. Based on the specific needs you provide, the information we may collect and use includes but is not limited to name, nickname, account name, email, photo, gender, address, avatar, etc.

1. Camera-based functions

You can use the camera to take photos or videos to quickly upload content or complete printing tasks. We only use this permission after obtaining your authorization and ensure that it is only operated within the necessary scope to ensure your privacy security.

2. Image upload-based functions

Jolara supports uploading photos for printing or retaining specific moments. Uploaded pictures are only used for selected functions, will never be used for other purposes, and will be subject to strict privacy protection.

3. Voice technology-based functions

You can use the microphone for voice interaction, such as voice consultation or real-time communication with the administrator. During this process, we will collect your voice content in order to accurately understand your needs, optimize customer service and after-sales service, and ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner.

4. Phone-based dialing functions

When you need to contact our customer service assistant, Jolara will request voice call permission from you to ensure that you can make a smooth call and complete relevant communication.

5. Service log information

When you visit or use Jolara's website or client, we will automatically collect and record your usage, including browsing, clicking, searching, favorites, transactions, after-sales records, and service log information such as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time.

Please understand that in order to ensure the normal operation of various functions, we may need to collect necessary personal information. When you withdraw your authorization, we will stop the relevant services and no longer process the corresponding information, but this will not affect the processing that has been carried out during the authorization period.

 

How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

1. Sharing

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and are fully aware of its importance to your privacy. Your personal information is not only the core basis for us to provide you with Jolara application services, but also the basis for us to build trust with you. For this information, we will only collect and use it within the purpose and scope described in this privacy agreement, or in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and take strict security measures to keep it confidential. Generally, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except in the following specific circumstances:

• We have obtained your explicit authorization or consent in advance;

• We need to share your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, government mandatory orders or judicial decisions;

• It is necessary to provide your personal information to a third party to protect the interests, property or safety of us, our users or the public from damage within the scope required or permitted by law;

• Your personal information may be shared among our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and such sharing is also subject to the purpose of this privacy agreement. In this case, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy agreement. 4. Exceptions to sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information

2. You have the right to withdraw authorization for personal information

- If you want to withdraw authorization for specific functions (such as camera or microphone permissions), you can adjust it through the permission settings of the device system. After withdrawing authorization, the relevant functions will not work properly, but the services you previously provided based on authorization will not be affected.

- For permissions for extended functions, such as uploading pictures or voice interaction, you can turn authorization on or off at any time through system permission management.

3. Delete your usage history

You can delete specific historical records (such as uploaded file lists or printing task records) through the functions provided in the application. We will delete the relevant data at your request to ensure that the data is no longer used for any other purpose, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or regulatory requirements.

Jolara will continue to provide you with clear and transparent privacy management methods to ensure your control over your personal information.

 

Minors' Information Protection

Jolara attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors and is committed to providing them with a safe environment. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend that you obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using Jolara services. We strictly follow relevant laws and regulations and take additional protection measures for the personal information of minors to ensure their privacy. Jolara will follow the principle of minimization when collecting, using and storing the personal information of minors, and limit it to the necessary service scope. In addition, if we find that the information of minors has been collected without the consent of the guardian, we will immediately take measures to delete the relevant data.
